A month. That’s how long it’s been since I’ve posted. January 8th-February 10th. That’s whack. Why? You may ask-I’ll be glad to share.
Work.
A month of grueling, thankless (except for the paycheck), work.
It’s the enemy of leisure, you know. So I’ve had to be selective with my time. Kids…hubbie…tired. Fatigue is also the enemy of leisure. I haven’t been completely off-goal, but I have been very limited. I’ve done some reading, and I’ve done some knitting, and that my friends, sums it up. Throw in a couple of rented dvd’s and a few good meals and I’ve just recapped the last month in 105 words.
Such the Like... 
Sounds a lot like my life right now too. I manage to get a bit of crochet done in the evening when I’m not too worn out. I fought back yesterday and had a date with my sewing machine while the boys went to watch football 😀
An empty house is a blessing, indeed! Hooray football!
Don’t worry we all need down time, I love down time a lot 🙂 did I mention that I luv downtime??? Lol
I think we must all be going through that season of slow down! We had lots of family and friends at Christmas, and that even included our blogs. December was a very busy blogging month for me. By the end of January, I was exhausted. I have lots of other things going on, and I’m never caught up – retired! HELLO!!! Something is wrong here!!! So I’m glad you got to kick back just a bit, but for the sake of humor, I’m glad you’re back!!! 🙂
